2020 was a crazy year where we were all hit by an unexpected pandemic and forced to face crazy challenges while looking for ways to survive in a tough, unknown environment. 2021 arrived and everything looked brighter and better, we learned a lot and became much closer than we used to be, plus our team grew and many new faces became a part of our beautiful Woops! family. For all of this (even the difficulties) we’re so grateful… and for you as well.

What went on this year at Woops!?
So much, LOL. We came up with our first-ever Lunar New Year Collection full of gorgeous macaron boxes perfect for wishing everyone a prosperous 2021, plus we collaborated with multiple Chinese-American influencers that made it all so much better!

Valentine’s Day was no exception as it’s always a highlight in our years: boxes full of hearts, pink, red, so much love, and French macarons. St. Patrick’s, Easter, Mother’s Day, Teacher’s Day, beautiful Spring and Summer Collections to celebrate the arrival of the sun and flowers, Pride, Father’s Day, Fall, Diwali, and so much more! We enjoyed all of it and we’re anxiously waiting to celebrate all of it once again in the coming year.
Brooke Hagel, Vera Bradley Foundation, our Thankful Giveaway, and Circles
3 collaborations plus a giveaway that we totally fell in love with! Our The Brooke Hagel Collection featured stunning macaron boxes designed by Brooke herself. Brooke is an NYC-based fashion illustrator with a degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and her boxes were the most beautiful Mother’s Day gifts for many amazing moms around the country.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and this is a cause that’s extremely close to our hearts. Our BCA campaign is our flagship campaign and we’ve been doing it for several years now—it has definitely become a part of our identity. We’re so proud to take part in it, and from year to year, we try to improve and increase its impact. We’re proud to say that our 2021 campaign wasn’t the exception: we successfully donated 10% of all our profits to the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer!
We made our first giveaway as well, and we called it the Thankful Giveaway! We’re all aware of how challenging 2020 and 2021 were, and like many other small businesses, we were severely impacted by the pandemic.
In the end, we pushed through thanks to all of the amazing people who supported us and made room for Woops! in their lives. For this reason, we decided we wanted to make this holiday season extra special by giving away 100 thankful macaron boxes as a way to express how grateful we are for the support we received! We enjoyed every second of it, we got to know so many amazing stories from our clients, and the response we received was much better than we expected. Once again, thank you!
