Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all orders are final and we do not accept returns. The same policy applies to all items on sale in our merchandise section. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order for no cost, only if it has not yet been processed and shipped from our bakery. In such cases, we will immediately process the refund and you will see it reflected in the next 3-5 business days. To cancel your order, please contact us at 718-576-6722 or help@bywoops.com.

Shipping Policy

We offer nationwide shipping to any address in the US as long as it’s not a P.O. box. Unfortunately, we do not ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and FedEx. The shipping costs vary depending on the weight, size, and delivery address. Since our products are perishable, in order to provide the freshest macarons possible, we must ship orders via one or two-day delivery service. 

Our orders are uniquely packaged to keep your macarons and cookies safe, cool, and delicious in transit.

Our merchandise is also shipped with UPS or FedEx and the shipping costs vary depending on the weight, size, and delivery address as well.

We ship orders from Monday through Wednesday for Woops! 2nd-Day Delivery or UPS 2nd-Day Air orders, and on Thursday for UPS Next-Day Air orders. We do not offer weekend deliveries. 

You’re able to place your order weeks in advance by selecting the date you need it by at the calendar on our checkout.

Please note, Woops! does not take responsibility for delays in shipping and late deliveries. If you had a bad experience with your order because of a delay, please contact us at 718-576-6722 or help@bywoops.com and we will be happy to help in resolving the situation.
