You can make any changes to your order, as long as we have not shipped it yet! Please contact customer service to request your changes and we will work on that as quickly as possible.

We’re sorry but we don’t accept returns of our products. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us! We would love to assist you in turning the situation around.

Yes, most of our locations do deliver! You can order through our website and choose your closest store at the checkout for them to deliver it t-o-d-a-y if needed.


If you prefer to place your order through the phone, you can find a list of our locations with their phone numbers right here. Please get in contact with them to coordinate your delivery.

If you would like your purchase to be shipped, please place your macaron order online or give us a call at 718-576-6722. If an ‘error’ appears, please make sure you have selected all the requested options: box style, box size, pyramid size, flavors, etc.

If you would like to pick up your order from your local Woops! or have it (same-day) delivered by your closest location, you may find this option by shopping locally from one of our stores.

For special orders or events, visit our events section or give us a call at 718-576-6722 ext. 9. We’ll be delighted to serve you!

We work hand-in-hand with FedEx and UPS to be extra sure that each one of our customers will get their delicious French macarons in the freshest state. This shipping carrier is able to process and ship our clients’ orders anywhere in the U.S. within 1 to 2 business days (awesome, we know). Please note that we don’t offer delivery on weekends.

Also, all orders placed after 1 pm EST will be processed on the following day, and the orders received after 1 pm on Wednesdays & over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. This is because we don’t ship or deliver over the weekend (or public holidays), and we want to make sure your package is not sitting in a courier facility for an extra two days!

And check this out: if you want your French macarons to be delivered on a specific date in the future, you’ll be able to mark the exact shipping date of your preference in the calendar at the checkout! Yup, lovely surprise for the future.

We take extra precautions to ensure that your purchase arrives in pristine conditions. In order to achieve this, we ship our macarons in protective clamshells that are chilled in special packagings. However, if your box or macarons arrive damaged or broken, please let us know!

You may cancel your order if it has not been shipped from our bakery. If you wish to annul your purchase, please call customer service as quick as possible to request cancellation.

We ship nationwide within the U.S., however, we don’t deliver to P.O. Boxes. Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to Hawaii or Alaska either.

And we’re so, so sorry but at the moment we don’t accept international orders 🙁 However, if you live in the U.S. wait no more and place your macaron order online right now.

Since macarons are perishable and have a limited lifespan, we must dispatch them via one or two-day shipping service in order to provide you with the freshest French macarons when they hit your door.
