Please note: birthday double points and surprise gifts are only available to Macaron Masters belonging to Tier 3 of our rewards program and they can only redeem one birthday gift per year. A no-minimum purchase is required online or in-store in order to redeem the gift and it must be claimed 7 days after receiving the birthday email.

3. When you log in, you’ll see a popup offering you the option to transfer your old points. Simply enter the phone number you use to check in at your favorite Woops! location to initiate the transfer of your balance to your new account.

Your old points will be seamlessly transferred to your new account, and you can continue enjoying the benefits of our rewards program!

No exceptions! You’ll earn points on every purchase you make. Remember it’s 1 point per $1 spent in both online and in-store orders.
