Unfortunately we do not currently have any vegan macaron flavors, but we’re working on it!
Yes, but they do contain egg whites. For a full list of the ingredients in each of our different macarons, you can check our ingredient list here.
Yes! But please take into account that our artisanal bakeshop in New York City uses wheat for other Woops! products, therefore the macarons are not made in a dedicated gluten-free facility.
Our delicious macarons and pastries are made with kosher ingredients, but we’re sorry to say that we’re no longer certified by the Orthodox Union (OU) since July 1st, 2018. Still, all our macarons are wheat-free!
At the moment, most our delicious macarons do have dairy. Still, there’s one flavor available at the moment that’s 100% dairy-free: Strawberry! Unfortunately this is not available online but you can still get this yummy macaron at some of our Woops! stores – check our list of Woops! locations to see if a store near you has it in stock!
Yeap! All our French macarons contain almonds since their shells are made with almond flour (which makes them gluten-free!). Besides this, our Nutella macarons have hazelnuts, our Pistachio macarons contain pistachios, and our Peanut Butter & Jelly macarons have peanuts. Our Birthday Cake and Raspberry macarons also contain coconut oil.
We often change our flavors and sometimes we update the ingredients on our existing macaron flavors. For the most accurate, up to date information on macaron ingredients, please check our ingredient list for each flavor.
Our French macarons’ shells are made with almond flour and their fillings and ganaches may have dairy and other nuts. And beware because our products could also come into contact with common allergens such as wheat, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, milk, and eggs.
If there’s an allergen you need to avoid, check our ingredient list for the ingredients for each macaron flavor.
We use Valrhona and Callebaut, two high-quality chocolate brands. Valrhona is French and offers complex flavors and Callebaut is Belgian and known for consistent quality. Both are popular among professionals for fine chocolate desserts and pastry confections.
You can find a chart with all of the nutritional information here, but overall our macarons usually have (only!) between 95-150 calories each depending on the flavor.
