If you place an order from Monday through Wednesday before 1 pm EST or on Thursdays before 1 pm EST via Next-Day Air, it will be shipped that same day, unless you select a specific date on our calendar. The rest of our orders will be shipped on the following business day.
Because of the already high costs of shipping, we don’t offer weekend delivery since they’re even more costly. Otherwise, your order will just sit in a UPS facility over the weekend and the product could be damaged or compromised.
As soon as you receive your package, make sure to unpack it from the shipping box and keep it in a cool place. If you’re not consuming your order on the same day it was delivered, refrigerate them for 5-7 days or freeze them for up to 3 weeks.
You can store them in the plastic trays they came in when shipped or store them with plastic wrap.
If you select same-day delivery, you will get your product from your nearest store! The rest of our orders are shipped from our bakery in Brooklyn, NY.
We ship nationwide within the US, except for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we’re not able to deliver to PO Boxes, unless it’s a college or university–we love delivering to students!
There’s no need to do anything! This is completely normal as the idea is for them to keep the macarons refrigerated while in transit. Our product is safe to eat and you can refrigerate it for a while to regain consistency if needed.
